Fullfillment & Refund Policies

Refund policy — If the agent severs theri license with HomeSmart Real Estate, unused portion of the monthly fee will not be returned to the agent due to 30 day notice policy. Next billing will be cancelled for the monthly fees.
Delivery policy — HomeSmart provides onlibe portal for agents transaction, marketing portal. When the agent is activated, the monthly fee will be charged day 1 on.
Return policy – When a 30-day notice given, if the agent is still charged for the following month, the fee will be refunded back to agents Credit card.
Cancellation policy — All HomeSmart contracts have a 6 month minimum contract. If the agent requests to be severed within 6 months, the agent will be charged an early termination fee. If the agent reuests termination after 6 months, the agents monthly fee will be cancelled with a 30-day advance notice.
Privacy Policy - We do not share agents financial and personal information with any 3rd party vendors, exception of the payment services company that pulls fees monthly from the agents' credit cards. All Credit card information is are inputted once and not accessable to anyone after that.
